As the main product designer representing Apegroup at Swedish Match – Cricket, I redesigned their brand website, focusing on better storytelling to highlight their long and successful history as pioneers in the lighter industry. My goal was to revitalise the brand’s online presence, making it not only visually engaging but also user-friendly. I enhanced the discoverability of their products, ensuring customers could easily find what they were looking for, while emphasizing the brand’s legacy in an impactful way.

Improving User Experience & Accessibility
A major aspect of my work involved improving the overall user experience (UX) of the site to ensure visitors could navigate it effortlessly. I focused on streamlining the site’s structure to make products more discoverable and accessible. In addition, I redesigned the contact form, making it easier for users to get the help they needed quickly and efficiently. The improvements aimed to enhance customer satisfaction by reducing friction and ensuring smoother interactions with the website.
